While I adore the look I wore on New Years Eve , if I could have a do over, I would choose this dazzling retro outfit. It's got mixed metals, an actual vintage shirt, and enough sequins to make a 1980s Joan Rivers weep. Unfortunately this outfit didn't get to see the glitz of the evening and spent it's time running errands with a heavy winter coat over it for errands. So glam, I know. It seems now that the holidays are all over, I have the urge to wear all my sequins. I never really wore them in December but now that it's January, I'm all for it. Maybe it has something to do with it being a shiny new year or something? Let's go with that!  Would you believe me if I told that I'm standing outside a cemetery? It's set in the back of the woods I frequently visit to take outfit pictures at and it's quite unusual. There are 13 marked graves with "headstones" (if you can call some roman numerals on a rock a headstone) but actually over 100 bodies reside within this small space. Creepy, right? Before the cold got to me too badly; I had a look around. While one grave seemed to be collapsed in on itself; everything else seemed pretty normal. The only evidence of human visits were paraphernalia from teenage parties. Such a shame! The wind was pretty fierce this day, but luckily I finally thrifted the perfect winter jacket that protected me from the elements.
